The story
100 Days of Sorrow is a serial webcomic animated using graphics created with the Sims 2 game. The story explores the pursuit of revenge, and how one man's path towards vengeance binds him to protecting the life of someone he was never meant to save. And it has vampires. Because I said so.
This bit of fiction is the work of

goodbye_sun. It is inspired by an obsession with all the creatures that roam in the dark, the Sims 2, general wickedness and folly. It is influenced in some way by everything I have ever read or watched, so while it might not be the most original thing you may have ever read, I try and have fun getting us from A to B. The title
The weird ass title comes from the Chinese Proverb “if you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.” I promise that if you are very, very naughty and think evil thoughts, one day the title will make sense.
Warnings/Bonuses
This story does contain adult themes. This includes simulated blood and violence, coarse language, pointy teeth, the occasional bit of bare pixels, biting, character death and sexual references. If any of these make you the least bit uncomfortable, please steer clear for both of our sakes. It would also be greatly appreciated if you heed the specific warnings which are included at the beginning of every chapter.
The images
All images are created from within the game environment with very little additional photo editing. I like to think that these images have improved since I started. This has a bit to do with the first 9 chapters and the prologue being done on a computer that was slower than a dead monkey dipped in batter, but mostly because the hacks and mods that have come out since I began have made things much easier. I have no plans to go back and rewrite or retake images. I'm too lazy, I think it is more interesting to see how the game mods and myself have changed over time and I would much rather get on with the story.
If you want to know how I managed to do something, just ask. I am really happy to help other storytellers whenever I can. I may not always remember the exact animation I used, but I try my best. The same deal goes for game content as well, however, my short-term memory is questionable at best. I had a very misspent youth and that is the payback, so the sooner you ask, the more likely I will be able to answer.
